I Introduction
Our goal is to made in vitro experiment which produce ELF(extremely low frequency) magnetic fields.Until now, many results were reported, however effect of magnetic field on living body has not definited yet.In this study, we designed of an Uniform Magnetic Field Exposure System .
II Previous Experimental Apparatus
Magnetic fields produced by the coils were sinusoidal(60 Hz) and their rms values were from 1.5 to 3 mT(error of 50%). The culuture dishes were placed in two special incubators to keep the temperature of the cultures constant (37±0.2℃).

Previous experimental apparatus have a margin of error 50%.We have to improve it in quality. So, we designed new model as below.
III calculation of magnetic flux density
Fig.2; We propose new system insted of previous one. This system have characteristic that we set up petri dish in coil. Bz shows magnetic flux densitiy of vertical direction.

fig.3; We calculated magnetic flux densitiy of new model. Magnetic flux densitiy of Center of coil is 3.0[mT], maximum value is about 3.5[mT]. A margin of error was 11.8 %.
fig.4; In order to get more high-performance, we improved new model. Modified designing used double coil for regulating function. We calcuated magnetic flux densitiy of modified designing model.

fig.5; We measured magnetic flux densitiy of new model(60[Hz],1.38[A],first coil;29.5[A],second coil;5.0[V]).We obtained uniform Magnetic Field(error 4.2%).

IV Prospect
We have designed an Uniform Magnetic Field Exposure System.Actual measurement reflected Result obtained from the computer simulation. We show culture system and temperature variation(fig.7).
