Our education of magnetic attachment to the dentist clinical residents

Abstract      

 When I asked whether dentist clinical residents of dentist know the magnetic attachment or not，they made various answer such as "A device attach a denture with a magnet?" and "denture that contains the magnet",etc.
 Although we have educated about the magnetic attachment during the lecture and hospital training of school days, unfortunately it is fact that neither a student nor they can understand the feature of a magnetic attachment.
 The magnetic attachment is device useful to clinical. However, the incorrect form or operation cannot make them understand the usefulness, moreover the uneasiness to which a magnetic attachment is not applied as one of the medical treatment methods will remain in the future.
 Therefore, we have educated to dentist clinical resident so that the correct magnetic attachment can be applied for clinical by performing easy training of the magnetic attachment while introduced indication and the methods for use including the good and bad point of a magnetic attachment.
 So this time, I think that we would like to introduce the education that are actually doing.
