Thank you for your presentation.
1. What could be the reason why the attractive force is less than the theoretical value when using two keeper?
2. What could be the cause of the difference in distance between the keeper, especially the difference in attractive force between 1mm and 2mm?
Thank you for your good presentation.
Could you explain the sample preparation precisely?
I wonder whether the polymerization shrinkage of resin affected the inclination of two keepers in the same plane.
Thank you for your question, Professor Masumi.
Sorry for the late reply.
A specimen was made using FIXPEED. At that time, polymerization contraction occurred. It is thought that this caused an air gap. As a result, it is considered that the attractive force became low.
The cause of the change in attractive force due to the influence of distance is considered to be the interference of the magnetic field.
It is considered that the ones separated by 2 mm are less likely to occur than the ones separated by 1 mm.
Thank you for your question, Professor AITA.
Sorry for the late reply.
Place two parallel keeper on the glass plate and fix it little by little using FIXPEED.
As you say the polymerization shrinkage of resin affected the inclination of two keepers in the same plane.
