It is remarkable to see a long time followed case of extra-coronal magnetic attachment denture. This type of attachment tends to receive large stress on distal cantilever parts and the abutments, so that maintenance of occlusion and fitness of the denture should be required.
During the maintenance, did you reline the denture? How did you manage the anterior-posterior rotation movement since mandible incisors pushing up against palatal anterior part of maxillary overdenture?

Thank you for your question. I have not reline to the mucosal surface of this denture. I could not recognize the ill fitting of denture by the denture fitting test during the maintenance. We expect this to be because the dentures rotate and subside slowly, and the abutment teeth gradually have been displacement.
